It compounds over the length of the contract, and by the time it shows up in the numbers you are a long way from where you meant to be. We exist to correct the degree before you fly the mile.

What we do

One in Sixty is an independent technology advisory. Our vision is to be the trusted advisor for mid-sized companies buying outsourcing services in Central & Eastern Europe. Our mission is to secure smart spend for those companies through the expertise of regional industry professionals who live in the markets they advise on.

We work with buyers in Western Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America who are buying into Central & Eastern Europe — bringing an engineering-grade read on what the work actually costs, drawn from the people placing and taking it this quarter.

Four readings we do not negotiate on

• Neutrality. No vendor commission, no referral fee, no kickback. We measure from our own meridian, so the advice reads exactly like the evidence.
• Discretion. Clients are described, never named. What we learn in your estate stays in your estate.
• Local Proximity. We live in the markets we advise on. The chart is drawn from ground truth, not a database.

Where we are

We cover seventeen markets across Central & Eastern Europe, measured from the ground rather than from a database drawn at a distance. Our base is Cluj-Napoca — 46.77°N 23.59°E — and our people are placed across the region, because a rate is only as good as the person who is placing and taking the work behind it.
